How long will my order take?
I try and get orders out at least twice a week, Mondays and Fridays (As long as your item is not a preorder or otherwise stated)
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

What is the stores return or exchange policy?
I unfortunately do not allow any returns unless it was a mistake on my end (such as sending in the wrong item, wrong size, etc). If you have any troubles with your order, please feel free to contact me at curiousnaturestudio@gmail.com
I Accidentally put in the wrong shipping address!
Please contact me ASAP with your name and order number if you input the wrong shipping address while processing your order. If it hasn't shipped yet, I will change it and send you a new confirmation email to confirm. If your order has shipped already, I am unable to change the address at this point. If your package is returned to me because of an incorrect address, a secondary shipping charge will be invoiced to you to ship out the parcel again!

Do you offer wholesale of your products?
Yes I currently do have a lot of my products available for wholesale. There are a few rules that do apply, but please visit the wholesale page for more information. We are available for wholesale orders through Faire as well.
How do you ship?
All orders are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS)
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on the weight and distance of your order. You can view an estimated shipping cost by adding items to your cart, then using the shipping calculator to view available rates.
Free shipping is available to US orders $50+
