✨ By buying from our shop you agree to the terms and conditions stated on this following page! ✨

🌲 Addresses are the buyer's responsibility! You are responsible for keeping us up to date with any address changes. We cannot be held responsible or resend a parcel if it was sent to the wrong address or lost in transit due to a wrong address written on the buyer's part.
🌲 In the case where an order is sent back to us for any reason, (whether it was never picked up, accepted, customs fees never paid for, etc.), the order may be shipped out again but charged an additional shipping fee (since the parcel was sent once already). An order may be refunded in this case if the buyer no longer wants the items but the shipping funds previously paid for the items before will NOT be refunded.

🌲 Refunds/Returns are not accepted! If you have an issue with your order I will be more than happy to try to work something out with you though. If a refund happens to be issued for any reason, shipping fees will not be refunded as the item was shipped once already.

🌲 You are responsible for paying all customs and duty fees as per your country's laws and regulations for all parcels processed and sent from Curious Nature Studio. We unfortunately cannot change or guarantee that there will or will not be any customs fees as it varies per country. Please be prepared to pay the duties that may come with the parcel as we cannot be held responsible and will not reimburse any orders' fees.

🌲 Order cancellations may be accepted before the item has been shipped. Any cancellations made after shipment can not be refunded.


FAQ

How long will my order take?

Orders are typically shipped Monday and Fridays (As long as your item is not a preorder or otherwise stated)

Help! My package arrived damaged or wrong.
I'm sorry to hear that! Please contact curiousnaturestudio@gmail.com with your order number and photo of your issue and I will see if I can help you out as soon as possible.

Does my order come with tracking?
All orders with the exception of US Letter Mail orders come with a tracking number that should be sent via email the day that the order was packaged/shipped. We use USPS first class to ship all of our items--domestically & internationally. 

Can I return my order?
I unfortunately do not allow any returns unless it was a mistake within the order on my end (such as sending in the wrong item, wrong size, etc). If you have any troubles with your order, please feel free to contact me!

Can you gift wrap or personalize my order?
Sure! Please add gift wrapping to your cart and what you would like your note to say. I will include a card and neatly wrap your order to make it look like a gift!

Do you take commissions?
Depending on my schedule I may be open to commissions. If you are interested, please reach out to artbydanie@gmail.com and I will get back to you with my status. Thanks!

I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address!
Please contact me ASAP with your name and order number if you accidentally input the wrong shipping address while processing your order! If it hasn't shipped yet, I will change it and send you a new confirmation email to confirm. If your order has shipped already, I am unable to change the address at this point. If your package is returned to me because of an incorrect address, a secondary shipping charge will be invoiced to you to ship out the parcel again!
